Subject Property: 7214 Dominica Drive, Naples, FL 34113, located 500ft south of US 41 and Tobago Blvd.
The property owner is petitioning Collier County for an amendment to the Sabal Bay PUD (Ordinance 05-59) to approve development of a reduced right of way of forty-five feet (45’) for Tract “F-1”, “Isles of Collier Preserve Phase 3” with sidewalks on only one side of local/internal access-way roads where homes are located on only one side of the road, and an eight foot (8’) perimeter wall on top of a berm of up to seven and a half feet (7.5’) along the property’s eastern boundary line adjacent to US 41, as proposed in PL20180003494. All other aspects of the planned development will remain unchanged.
PETITION NO. PDI-PL20180003494 – Minto Sabal Bay, LLC, requests an insubstantial change to Ordinance No. 05-59, as amended, the Sabal Bay MPUD, to add three new deviations relating to fence or wall height, sidewalks and right-of-way width for the property described as Tract F-1, Isles of Collier Phase 3 subdivision. The subject property is located on the south side of U.S. 41 East, approximately one-half mile east of Thomasson Drive, in Section 19, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, with the PUD consisting of 2,416± acres.
