Notice is hereby given that the Collier County Planning Commission will meet at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 5, in in the Board of County Commissioners chambers, third floor, Collier County Government Center, 3299 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, Florida 34112. The meeting will be broadcast live on Collier Television and via colliergov.net.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider:
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ELEMENT OF THE COLLIER COUNTY GROWTH MANAGEMENT PLAN, ORDINANCE 89-05, AS AMENDED, PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL UPDATE TO THE SCHEDULE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, WITHIN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ELEMENT OF THE COLLIER COUNTY GROWTH MANAGEMENT PLAN BASED ON THE 2017 ANNUAL UPDATE AND INVENTORY REPORT ON PUBLIC FACILITIES (AUIR), AND INCLUDING UPDATES TO THE 5-YEAR SCHEDULE OF CAPITAL PROJECTS CONTAINED WITHIN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ELEMENT (FOR FISCAL YEARS 2018 – 2022) AND THE SCHEDULE OF CAPITAL PROJECTS CONTAINED WITHIN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ELEMENT FOR THE FUTURE 5-YEAR PERIOD (FOR FISCAL YEARS 2023 – 2027), AND TO SECTIONS RELATING TO THE PUBLIC SCHOOL FACILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND WORK PROGRAM, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. About the public meeting:
Two or more members of the Board of County Commissioners may be present and may participate at the meeting. The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at a future BCC meeting.
Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying activities (including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board or quasi-judicial board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department.
