Public Information Meeting


Wednesday, March 27, 2019
5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Collier County Real Property Management staff will hold a public information meeting in an open house format from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 27, at the University of Florida IFAS Extension, 14700 Immokalee Road, Naples, Florida 34120. The subject of the discussion will be the future use and/or disposition of county-owned +/- 47.57-acre parcel known as the Randall Curve Property (folio number 37690040003). The property is located between Fourth Street NE and Immokalee Road (west side).

Residents, business representatives and visitors are welcome to stop by to review displays and to talk one-on-one with county staff. There will not be a formal presentation.

The county is currently soliciting proposals for the purchase or exchange of the property. Offers may include any of the following scenarios –
• Purchase As-is (Estates Zoning)
• Purchase at Market Appraised Value
• Purchase Contingent on Highest and Best Use (alternate zoning)
• Offer Land Swap Exchange

Two or more members of the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) may be present and may participate at this meeting. The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at a future BCC meeting.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or other reasonable accommodations to participate in this proceeding, should contact the Collier County Facilities Management Division, located at 3335 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, Florida 34112, or 239-252-8380 as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
