Growth Management Department Announces Temporary Changes to Business Operations

As part of Collier County’s ongoing effort to limit the spread of COVID-19, Growth Management Department offices at 2800 North Horseshoe Drive, Naples and the Immokalee Permitting Office at 310 Alachua Street, Immokalee, are closing walk-in business temporarily beginning at 8 a.m., Monday, March 23. Drop boxes as well as pick-up boxes will be available outside both offices for those who are not able to utilize electronic services; however, payments must be made electronically or by mail.

Development Services business can be handled through the county’s Public Portal at https://www.colliercountyfl.gov/your-government/divisions-a-e/building-review/e-permitting including applying for building or land development permits, making electronic payments with credit cards or checks, and scheduling inspections.

Staff will continue handling emails and phone calls Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This measure is being taken for the health and well-being of our customers and employees in accordance with Centers for Disease Control guidelines.
