Arthrex. The North Naples global medical device developer and pioneer in arthroscopy has over 1,300 employees and is expanding its headquarters and Ave Maria facility. Arthrex has continued to expand and was a recipient of economic incentives in 2016. With more than $435 million in revenues and roughly 3,200 employees worldwide, it's listed as one of Forbes' 100 Best Companies to Work For and is known for its daily free catered lunch, free health care, on-site medical care, and year-end profit sharing bonus.

ACI Worldwide  ACI develops, markets and installs software products and services for financial institutions, retailers and electronic payment processors. The global company powers electronic payments for more than 5,100 organizations around the world, including more than 1,000 of the largest financial institutions and intermediaries and thousands of leading retailers. ACI, which is listed as one of Forbes' Top Best Small Companies, moved its headquarters from NYC to Naples in 2012 and then expanded here as a result of economic incentives.

Benseron Information Technologies. Formed as a startup in 2004 by a Florida Gulf Coast University graduate student who was asked to solve a problem for a Subway franchisee, Benseron Information Technologies Inc. is now one of the world's leading designers and sellers of point-of-sale (PoS) computer systems for the restaurant industry. Today, Benseron provides point-of-sales systems, payment technologies, online ordering and related merchant services such as loyalty programs and credit-card processing to more than 10,000 restaurants and retail stores to help them be more profitable. Benseron became the first in its industry to develop a cloud-based point-of-sale system using Apple iPads, Linga POS, a service that lets restaurateurs and shopkeepers make sales even if there’s a power outage because the devices can communicate with each other without an internet connection. It also controls security cameras, thermostats and door locks remotely using Google Nest. Headquartered in North Naples, with offices in India, the company employs more than 110.

ex-IT Technologies. Once known as SMS Memory Module Assembly Inc., the company started out as a manufacturer and distributor of computer memory in California after evolving from Dynamic Electronics, a semiconductor distributor, in the late 1980s. Owner Jeff Bittner moved SMS Memory Module Assembly to Collier County in 2001 and changed its name in 2013. Today, the company is an e-cycler of computer parts, shredding some and melting aluminum, copper, platinum and gold, while remarketing usable components for sale. ex-IT Technologies buys unwanted and unused IT assets from other businesses and shares the profits with them after reselling the parts to new users or as scraps by the pound. The process means computers don't end up on the landfill.

Express Family of Companies. A nationwide logistics company that provides time-critical deliveries and supply chain solutions.

Haynes Corp. Haynes Corp, which was founded in 1960, is a worldwide manufacturer of OEM precision diesel fuel-injection systems for heavy duty engines, and power precision component parts. It's the only independent domestic manufacturer of precision diesel, fuel-injection systems for heavy duty engines. Other products include fuel-injection pumps, injector assemblies, nozzle assemblies, delivery valves, plungers and barrels, electronic injectors, and contract manufacturing. In October 2015, it was acquired by Progress Rail Services Corp., a division of Caterpillar Co.

Structure Medical LLC. Structure Medical is a leading medical precision implant manufacturer of products used by orthopedic surgeons to treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system, trauma, sports injuries, degenerative diseases, tumor and congenital conditions. Structure Medical, which also has manufacturing facilities in North Carolina, merged with FMI Hansa Medical Products of Alabama in 2017.   

ASG Technologies. ASG Technologies, which has more than 40 offices worldwide, is a global provider of technology solutions that include workspaces, content solutions and enterprise software. In 2016, seventy percent of Fortune 500 companies ran on ASG technologies and ASG reported $240 in annual revenue. ASG’s mainframe and distributed software solutions are used in financial and brokerage services, insurance, healthcare, education, government, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, and retail, and clients have included Coca-Cola, General Electric and Procter & Gamble.

Beasley Broadcast Group Inc., now Beasley Media Group. Founded in 1961 and headquartered in Naples since 1988, nearly 41 percent of Beasley stations are now located in the nation’s top 50 markets, including Philadelphia, Tampa, Las Vegas, West Palm Beach, Charlotte, Boston and Atlanta. The remaining stations are primarily in regional centers such as coastal North Carolina, Northeast Georgia and Southeast Florida, where Beasley operates large station clusters.

Autumn Blossoms Founders Bill Reed and Lydia Lundberg, who also founded and own Elite Care of Portland, Oregon, chose Naples for their intimate homelike household model of long-term care, with advanced proprietary technology that includes a family's ability to track elderly family members through a 24/7 website. The focus is on healthy living so the elderly spend 90 percent less time in hospitals. It's a Blue Zones community.

NewsBank. A worldwide news archive, research, college and library resources company that also publishes defense periodicals.

SkyLink Data Centers. A worldwide data center that offers managed and unmanaged hosting, cloud hosting and colocation services. Major clients come from as far as Okinawa, Japan, and Australia, and include the U.S. Military, Sodexo USA, Hilton hotels, Holiday Inn, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and the state of Georgia Department of Natural Resources.  

 

•Cleantech

ex-IT Technologies. The technology has many applications and can virtually reduce the damage already imposed on the environment by other power sources and is scalable and adaptable to all current fossil fuel power producing systems, reclaiming lost energy while reducing the negative environmental impact of those systems.

Seminole Tribe Immokalee. The tribe seeks to protect its land through Everglades restoration and using policies such as the Clean Water Act to remove underground storage tank facilities.

Arthrex. Pelican Wire Co. Inc. Designs and produces custom UL certified insulated appliance, building, fixture, floor and other wires for worldwide clients for applications in defense/aerospace, medical and dental devices, plastic cutting machines, special heaters, ceramics, and temperature measurement.

Aculux Inc. Manufacturer of medical fiber-optic and surgical lighting instruments, including surgical headlamps. Aculux is dedicated to finding and developing innovative ways to provide brilliant, cool white light to solve surgical lighting issues and has developed many patented creative designs and products to improve patient safety and surgical outcomes in a cost-effective way.

Cobham Aeroflex Airflyte. A designer and manufacturer of precision slip-ring assemblies for use in commercial, industrial, and military applications. Its products are used in pan and tilt cameras, radar platforms, tracked vehicles, rate gyros, down hole equipment and packaging machinery.

Shaw Aero Devices. Aircraft engine and engine parts manufacturing.

Aculux Inc. A manufacturer of medical fiber-optic and surgical lighting instruments, including surgical headlamps. Aculux is dedicated to finding and developing innovative ways to provide brilliant, cool white light to solve surgical lighting issues and has developed many patented creative designs and products to improve patient safety and surgical outcomes in a cost-effective way.

HealthMe, a doctor-run business in our Naples Accelerator, is an online and mobile marketplace for healthcare services. Patients can use its transparent pricing, doctor profiles and scheduling options to shop for their healthcare, just like they shop for other products and services. HealthMe increases access to care for high-deductible and uninsured markets, as well as patients who want to see the doctor of their choice for a fair price.

IDAHealth Inc. This medical device company in our Naples Accelerator designs, manufacturers and markets high-precision clinical monitoring systems that integrate predictive analytics, providing clinicians with valuable data to enhance their ability to safely and effectively manage patient care pre-, peri- and post-procedure. The company's focus is on vascular and respiratory diseases.

InsulinNG LLC.  The biotechnology company developed an early diabetes detection test that requires a few drops of blood and a few drops of a clear buffer solution on a test strip that provides results in five minutes. Those who test positive then have time to make healthy lifestyle changes that could head off development of Type 2 diabetes.

NCH Healthcare System Two hospitals and a health system with a broad range of services in different medical, surgical, diagnostic and rehabilitation specialties.

PharmACT Health Care Inc. This Swiss company, which is in our Naples Accelerator, has a team of  experts working on the development, manufacture and marketing of a new drug to reduce arteriosclerotic plaque. The pharmaceutical company offers doctors point-of-care tests that detect a person’s risk of developing Type 2 diabetes and/or arteriosclerosis in just 20 minutes, giving you up to 24 months to prevent diabetes mellitus. Another test shows after 10 minutes a patient with chest pains has recently suffered a heart attack, a myocardial infarction.

Physicians Regional Healthcare System (Part of HMA system). The Collier County Physicians Regional Healthcare System comprises two hospitals, Physicians Regional-Pine Ridge and Physicians Regional-Collier Boulevard.
