The Code Enforcement Community Caretaking List

The Code Enforcement Division keeps a list of Collier County abandoned homes for the purpose of removing and preventing blight such as broken windows, graffiti, grass overgrowth, litter, unmaintained pools, and other property maintenance that may cause the community to deteriorate and/or encourage criminal acts. This list is shared with the Collier County Sheriff's Office and the Community Task Force teams. The code investigators search for these homes daily and also perform team abandoned home sweeps for the purpose of finding new homes and removing existing homes no longer in abandoned status. We encourage you to inform our Division of any abandoned homes in your area.
