If a property has a lien placed, it may be difficult to sell, refinance or borrow against it.
Liens do not expire; they are recorded on the property’s title and are the responsibility of the owner of the property.
The cost for this service is $25 per address

• Code enforcement liens
*Lien search results will not report issues beyond the Code Enforcement Department’s jurisdiction, such as open permits and utility bills, and payoff information is not included in lien search results.*
