Our Mission: "To deliver to our residents and visitors local Government services that exceed expectations."

The Division of Facilities Management is comprised of ten major functions: Building Management, Facilities Capital Renovations and Construction, Space Planning and Allocation, Grounds Management, Janitorial Services, Building Operations, Security, Real Property, Conservation Collier and Indoor Air Quality. The Division is responsible for the maintenance of all County owned and operated buildings including some leased structures. Additionally, the Division is responsible for managing an operation and capital budget of $14,000,000 for the various sections. Capital Construction budgets are an additional $5,150,000.

Facilities Management is dedicated to creating a better and safer working environment by maintaining the County's assets and planning for the future. In addition to maintenance, Facilities is responsible for maintaining the County's Master Space Plan. This space plan is a comprehensive 15 year program that identifies Divisional needs for space and provides a road map to meet those requirements.
