Residential Curbside Service:
The annual Solid Waste Trash Collections and Disposal assessment for FY2016 (Oct. 1, 2015 - Sept. 30, 2016) is $188.29 per equivalent residential unit for District I, and $177.34 per equivalent residential unit for District II. All units receiving curbside service are assessed. The assessment is billed on the non-ad valorem portion of your tax bill. Services rendered for the trash collection and disposal assessment are as follows:
Twice a week pickup of trash curbside
Once a week collection of recycling
Once a week collection of yard waste
Once a week collection of bulky items
Once a week collection of white goods (appliances), electronic equipment, tires, and lead acid batteries - these items MUST be scheduled 48 hours in advance with Customer Service.
Trash collection is unlimited. If all trash does not fit in your cart, please place excess trash in heavy duty trash bags and set alongside of your cart.
