|Quick Pay||Quick Pay is a new payment feature that eliminates registering your account or logging in to make a payment. Quick Pay also allows you to pay one or multiple accounts at one time. If the meter has been locked for non-payment and payment is being made after 5 PM, you will be required to login to your account to process payment and have services restored. |Automatic Bank Payment||Download the owner/tenant or property management form, or contact Customer Service|
|Credit/Debit Card via online account||Create an online account access profile. You will then be able to go online each month to make your payment

|Complete and detach the payment slip from your bill||
Mail the payment slip, together with your check, in the envelope provided to P.O. Box 11809, Naples, FL 34101. NOTE: The customer is responsible for ensuring that checks are mailed in time to avoid late fee penalties or a water service shutoff charge. This also applies when customers arrange online payments from their bank as banks mail checks to the Utility. (Automatic Bank Payments use electronic funds transfer).
Past Due Bills Cost You Money
Past due bills incur a 5% penalty.
Collier County will lock your meter for past due balances and you will be charged a lock fee.
First offense will cost you $55.00 fee.
Second offense will cost you $83.00 fee.
Third and subsequent events will cost you $110.00.
