It is the customer’s responsibility to promptly discover and stop the loss of water on their side of the meter. In addition, the customer is responsible for planning to repair or have repaired the fixture or device causing the water loss. There is no obligation for the CCWSD to adjust accounts when the water has been metered properly, but it is our desire to encourage customers to make prompt and permanent repairs and to show consideration for the unusual circumstance by sharing the cost of the billing charges resulting from stated conditions.

To request an account adjustment due water leak, pool leak or fill and irrigation that have been repaired.  Please complete the Credit Adjustment Request form.  In addition to the form please enclose receipts or other documentation as proof of completed repair.  The required detail in request is date of repair, whom repaired, service address and account number must be received within 30 days of affected bill.  The form and documentation can be emailed to utilitybill@colliercountyfl.gov or mailed to address below.

To change your billing address download the Change of Billing Address Request form, complete and sign the form then send it to Customer service via email utilitybill@colliercountyfl.gov or mail to address below.

To request a duplicate bill for your tenant, or to add a new tenant, or to remove a tenant please download the Duplicate Bill Request form, complete and sign the form then send it to Customer Service via utilitybill@colliercountyfl.gov or mail to address below.
